Garden City Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections associated with Garden City, Michigan. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with a public office, court, library, or record custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service or information reached through it to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make an FCRA-regulated decision, including a credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decision
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. FCRA Status
This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Nothing here, including a result from a linked search tool, is a consumer report or may be used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.

Government portals and third-party services, including sponsored search tools, apply their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content, availability, pricing, or data practices.
5. No Warranties
The service is offered "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We do not promise that its content is accurate, complete, or current, or that a linked portal will operate or return correct results.
6. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of this service or a linked resource, including decisions based on information reached through it.
7. Indemnification

At our discretion and without notice, we may block or restrict access for a user who violates these terms or abuses the service.
11. Michigan Law
Michigan law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Michigan Freedom of Information Act, 1976 PA 442, MCL 15.231–15.246, governs public-record access held by public bodies, subject to its exemptions; it does not make this private reference a record custodian.
12. Severability
If a part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
